“Now we have only 3 classes . . . within the machine.” Elitist angst and snobbery! Abraham Lincoln said something like this - God sure loves ordinary people for he made a whole lot of them”. I know so many neighbors, friends, ancestors, relatives, people I meet along the way who know the Living God in their own way and aim to love their neighbor, do right, be kind, serve, help and do so , not always perfectly of course but they are salt and light in their personal spheres of presence and influence. And yes they may not have entirely correct Lawrencian ideas about aspects of reality, but to say they have no direct perception of God and are mindless - rubbish!

Have you even read the entire article, or have you fixated on one of the very first sentences that made you feel uncomfortable?

If loving the various manifestations of the Divine, and all the saints and sages, while hating robots makes one an elitist snob, then I am a proud elitist snob.

Those people you mention: are they hooked into the grid with their snouts pressed to their phones, do they have a direct, perception of Reality, or do they desire to escape this diseased world? Only a very few men today directly perceive the Divine: they are the spiritual leaders, the sun-men. Those who see light in the faces of the sun-men may serve. Those vast amorphous hordes who can't even see that light are robotic canaille, and it is they and the Machine that are rubbish!

And as Nikiphoros wrote: “For if you choose to be a friend of this present age you are an enemy of God. And who can help an enemy of God?” I can't help the enemies of God. All I can do is state the truth.

And your reply proved mine: you are a robot. I feel sorry for you and your ilk who have sold the precious pearl of immortality in a Faustian bargain with the Machine.
